To place an order by phone, please have
your customer ID handy and call 1-626-581-3777.
If you do not have one, it can be obtained through the New Account
Application Four Steps above.
Our knowledgeable and capable sales representatives are standing by

Order by Fax
To place an order by using Fax, simply
download and print out the PDF format Order Form below, fill out the
required fields,
and fax it to our Sales Department at 1-626-581-3778.
Our Sales Representatives will contact you within 24 hours to confirm
your order receipt.

We currently provide UPS and FedEx delivery and trucking
services.
If you already have your account using other delivery services, please
let us know so that we can try to facilitate your special needs.
If the orders are received by 3:00pm PST, then we will be able to
ship your order out on the same business day.
Shipping charges are based on the type of shipping service you choose,
package weight, and shipping zone.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday shipping, and
we do not deliver to a P.O. Box address due to UPS restrictions.
All product deliveries require a signature upon receipt and we can
not make any exceptions.

Return claims have to be made
within 30 Business Days
after receiving the shipment.
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number before returning any products purchased
from CompuExpert.
The RMA number can be obtained by downloading the RMA
Form from our web site,
complete and fax it back to our Customer Service Department at 1-626-581-3778,
and our customer service representative will issue you the number
within 24 hours.
You may also call your sales contact directly to get the RAM number.
Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee when returning
the products within 30 Days unless we ship you the wrong item or the
products are defected.
All returns are subject to quality check and re-testing in our lab
by our technicians.
We will not issue a refund after 30 days of receiving your shipment.
The RMA number is valid for 10 business days after issuing, and we
do not accept returns without a RMA number.
Please be assured that we will do everything we can to accommodate
your RMA request because we value our partnership and we are striving
to build a long term relationship and trust with you. |
