Q1. What brand of media do you carry?
For CD Media, we carry Dupsonic, Ritek, CMC, Prodisc, Taiyo Yuden, Hewlett Packard, MAM-A and other Generic brands.
For DVD Media, we carry Dupsonic, Taiyo Yuden, Hewlett Packard, Ritek, Prodisc, Princo, CMC, Optodisc, InfoDisc, and other brands.
Q2. What is the speed on your CD and DVD Media?
We carry many different speeds of CD and DVD Media to fulfill your needs. The typical burning speed that we carry for CD Media range from 24X to 52X and 1X to 16X for DVD media. The actual burning speed depends on the combination and coordination between the burning software, the CD/DVD burners, and the data you burn. Different burner or recorder requires different speed of media to get the maximum and optimum output from the burn.
Q3. What is your return policy?
Return claims have to be made within 30 Business Days after receiving the shipment.
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products purchased from CompuExpert.
The RMA number can be obtained by downloading the RMA Form from our web site, complete and fax it back to our Customer Service Department at 1-626-581-3778, and our customer service representative will issue you the number within 24 hours.
You may also call your sales contact directly to get the RAM number. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee when returning the products within 30 Days unless we ship you the wrong item or the products are defected. All returns are subject to quality check and re-testing in our lab by our technicians. We will not issue a refund after 30 days of receiving your shipment. The RMA number is valid for 10 business days after issuing, and we do not accept returns without a RMA number. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to accommodate your RMA request because we value our partnership and we are striving to build a long term relationship and trust with you.
Q4. What types of payment method do you accept?

We only carry Grade A or High-Quality products directly from the manufacturers.

Q7. What is the shipping cost for my order?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and the shipping zone where you would like your order be shipped to. It also depends on what type of shipping service you prefer, for example, FedEx, UPS, or Trucking Company. Yes, if you are interested in any of our products, please ask our sales representatives for free samples. Please note that there is a limitation of 3 pieces per item.
